The following privacy policy applies to The Future is Now Ai, LLC under
all of our trade names, including Secure Computer Solutions.
The only exception to our privacy policy is that (for now) we DO use Google Console.
Google provides us some statistics regarding how users find our site through Google, ONLY if you use Google to access our site. The statistics Google provides us include information regarding clicks and links to our website such as: search queries, specific pages of our site, what countries users were in, whether a desktop mobile or tablet was used, and dates. This does not give us access to your IP address or any other personal information. Again, this tracking is performed by Google, and only when you access our site from Google:
NOT if you access our website directly by entering securecomputer.ai into the address bar. We may look at this data from time to time only for the purpose of Search Engine Optimization while we build our customer-base. We will never provide it to any third parties, and we will never use it to attempt to identify users. There is no way for us to prevent Google from collecting this information.
If you do not want to be tracked, using Google is generally discouraged.
- Commitment to Privacy:
We will never gather or congregate any customer / user data (aside from the Google caveat above), beyond information you explicitly provide us which will be used only for the necessities of conducting business with you, and providing the services you request. We will never share your data with any third parties for marketing purposes, training AI, or any purpose not directly related to the services you request. If the services you request require us to share your data with a third party, we will only do so after receiving your explicit consent. We believe data collection should be an opt-in process, rather than an opt-out process as many companies practice.
- Limited Sharing Under Legal Obligations:
However, we may be legally required to disclose certain information in response to valid legal requests, such as subpoenas, court orders, or if otherwise required by law enforcement or government agencies. In such cases, we will only disclose the minimum information necessary to comply with the law. Whenever permitted by law, we will notify you in advance of any such disclosure.
-Third party requests:
If third-party services are required to complete your order (e.g. warranty repairs, manufacturer involvement), we will inform you, and will only share any data after receiving your explicit consent.
-AI:
We believe the mass use of data for training AI, or other analytics, without consent, is highly unethical. We as a company will never use your data for such purposes, unless you specifically request it. Some of our custom AI services will require the use of data for training, in which case we will clearly communicate this with you, and only use data you provide us with your explicit consent.
- This Website:
We do not use any form of analytics or cookies on this website. We do not record your IP address, or collect any information regarding the use of our website. For transparency, our web site is entirely open source, and is directly mapped from the following open source repository:
https://github.com/thefutureisnowai/thefutureisnowai.github.io. Note that The Future is Now Ai, LLC is our company name, but our Doing-Business-As name is Secure Computer Solutions. We control this repository and no other entity can modify it.
We use GitHub (which is owned my Microsoft) to host our site, and we use GoDaddy as our domain registrar. These third party companies are generally well established and respected, but we cannot guarantee that they will not collect any of your data.
